The Wastewater Treatment Department is responsible for treatment of wastewater, and maintains seven lift stations and six wells. The City maintains one wastewater treatment plant, located off of Nolan Avenue. The 3 MGD wastewater plant provides wastewater service within the City, and in some areas outside the City.
The Department performs all treatment operations, testing, and reports, as required by State and Federal law.
The Water/Wastewater Treatment Department is composed of the Wastewater Treatment Superintendent and four employees. Newlyn McCullen serves as Wastewater Treatment Superintendent.
