Debbie is the primary contact for the City of Whiteville, and she is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the City Manager’s office. She coordinates the manager’s schedule, records the official minutes of the City Council meetings, and manages the city’s employee benefits package.  Debbie’s office is located in city hall.
